QDEVU series Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) desalination plants are designed to treat ground/surface or industrial water with <10,000 mg/L of dissolved solids (TDS) and <30 mg/L of suspended solids (TSS), to achieve potable water quality.
The standard treatment process involves pre filtration (auto-backwashing multimedia filters and cartridge filters), anti-scalant dosing to prevent membrane scaling, RO desalination and a CIP system for membrane cleaning.
Additional pre-RO and post-RO treatment steps may be added as required to suit feed water conditions and/or treated water quality requirements.
The QDEVU BWRO plants are available as skid mounted or containerized systems.
Reverse osmosis system is raw water through precision filter, granular activated carbon filters, activated carbon filters, compression, and then through the pump pressure, the use of reverse osmosis membrane pore size 1/10000μm make a higher concentration of water into low concentration of water, while the industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and other impurities in the water mixed with a large number of full isolation, to achieve the required physical and chemical indicators for drinking and hygiene standards, outputs to clean pure water is the best choice of body replenish water quality.
PROCESSING
- Raw Water Pump: Provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter.
- Silica Sand Filter:Get rid of turbidity,suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on.
- Activated Carbon Filter: Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on.
- Water Softener: Get rid of calcium and magnesium ions in original / source water, reduce water hardness.
- Security Filter: Prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
- High Pressure Pump: Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0 Mpa).
- RO System:Main part of pure water treatment plant. The desaltation rate upto 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacterias, particles and 98% of organic.
